Trouble Shooting of Limit Switch.

Symptom 1: Sealing Unit does not stop when pressing Start switch. Stops after 15 second with M1 Error. No Feeding/Reversing.

Cause: Malfunction of LS1/ Poor contact/Maladjustment of LS1 and Timing Plate: Therefore, no input of LS1 OFF signal LS1 is break-contact).

Measure: Turn Power ON while Stop Switch is locked. Bring a piece of metal to LSI, and check LED indicator (Fig.47] of IC Control Bak. Replace LS1 when it is found to be defective. If LS1 seems to be functional, adjust the gap between LS1 and Timing Plate (refer to P.5 (1)

Note: Proximity Switch LS1 might still be defective even LED Indicator shows no error,
