How Set Machine Home Position in Strapack SQ- 800.
1.Adjustment of Home Position (Timing Adjustment of LS1)
1.Set the Pool Touch Lever at the Loading position, Press the Start Switch to start the one cycle movement.
2.Press the Stop Switch and turn off the Main Switch. Put a mark on the Timing Plate 1 with a marker, e.g., at the position of LS-1.
3.Turn the Handle 6 by hand, to where the center shaft 2 of Right Band way Arm faces slightly lower (a half of the hole) than the hole 3 of Right Band way Cam (Fig 25), and at the same time, to point the Arrow Mark 4 to the right Above direction, more than 45" before the vertical line turn the timing plate slightly counterclockwise.
4.The Mark of the Timing Plate moves by above 3. Loosen the fixing bolt 5 and turn the Timing Plate to bring the mark to the position of LS-1. And tighten the fixing bolt 5.
5.Turn the Main Switch on, and push the start switch to cycle the machine once. Confirm the arrow 4 points upwards (at 12 o'clock) and within the range of 45 degrees. If the arrow is out of this range,
A. In case the arrow is before 12 o'clock Timing Plate must be moved backwards to delay the stopping position. (i.e. looking from the front of the machine, it should move counterclockwise).
B. In case the arrow is ahead of 12 o'clock- Timing plate should be moved forward to advance the stopping position. (i.e. move clockwise)
6.After the adjustment, re-confirm 2 and 3 faces as explained in the above 3.
