Operating Process

1. Loading Strap

• Place strap coil on reel in correct direction
• Secure with reel guide and nut
• Cut outer binding of strap coil

2. Threading Strap

• Insert strap into rollers and pool box
• Turn ON machine → auto threading begins
• Ensure correct strap length (10–30 cm)

3. Strapping Operation

• Place package on table
• Adjust tension
• Press Start Switch
• Machine will:
  • Feed strap
  • Apply tension
  • Seal and cut automatically

4. End of Operation

• Reverse strap out of arch
• Remove remaining strap from machine
• Turn OFF power

Safety Guidelines

General Safety

• Read manual before operation
• Only trained personnel should operate or service the machine
• Do not use for:
  • Explosives, chemicals, food items, fragile goods, or live animals 

Operational Safety

• Do not place hands inside the arch during operation
• Do not touch strap while machine is running
• Wear proper clothing and ear protection (~83 dB)
• Ensure safety doors and panels are closed

Electrical & Maintenance Safety

• Turn OFF power before maintenance
• Heater temperature can reach ~400°C
• Avoid contact with moving parts
• Use only approved spare parts

Maintenance Guidelines

Daily

• Check:
  • Seal quality
  • Noise and vibration
  • Power cable condition
• Clean strap dust and debris

Monthly

• Inspect:
  • Gearbox leakage
  • Motor condition

Semi-Annual

• Check:
  • Safety switches
  • Electrical circuits

Troubleshooting (Common Issues)

Machine Not Starting

• Check:
  • Power supply and fuse
  • Stop switch (may be locked)
  • Motor overload (reset required)

Strap Feeding Issues

• Causes:
  • Incorrect threading
  • Dirty strap path
  • Improper pool box strap level
• Solution:
  • Clean and re-thread strap

Sealing Problems

• Check:
  • Heater temperature
  • Strap alignment
  • Seal time settings

Tension Issues

• Adjust:
  • Tension dial
  • Tension pressure settings
  • Package positioning
