Product Overview

VIJAYCO® PP Strapping Roll is typically stored and transported in Corrugated Carton Box or on Pallet. It serves as a consumable material for the Packaging on Strapping Machine.

VIJAYCO® PP Strapping Roll is a non-hazardous material, and both short-term and long-term inhalation exposure does not cause any harmful health effects

For handling and storage, keep in a cool and well-ventilated area.

Ensure the product is kept away from heat and direct sunlight to maintain its quality.

This material is not classified as dangerous for supply or use.
The release of dust during handling does not pose any environmental threat.

Product Uses

VIJAYCO® PP Strapping Rolls are used for securing, bundling, and stabilizing goods across various industries. Their primary purposes include:

In Case of Fire

1.       Extinguishing Media:

Extinguish preferably with foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical. Do not use water jet or water spray.

2.       Fire Fighting Protective Equipment:

A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective clothing should be worn in fire conditions.

3.       Hazardous Decomposition Product(s):

Combustion or thermal decomposition will evolve toxic and irritant vapors.

Can melt and burn in a fire. Molten material tends to flow or drip and will propagate fire

Environmental Information:

1.       Under normal conditions, VIJAYCO® PP Strap exists as a solid strip.

2.       VIJAYCO® PP Strap is susceptible to degradation by exposure to sunlight and moisture

3.       VIJAYCO® PP is insoluble in water. Floats on water. The product has low mobility in soil.

4.       The product is non-biodegradable.

5.       Low toxicity to aquatic organisms.

6.       Unlikely to affect biological treatment processes

Physical Hazard Information:

VIJAYCO® PP Strapping :

1.       Is a non-reactive product, stable at ambient storage conditions.

2.       It does not decompose in the air and does not release any harmful gases or other products.

3.       Keep the product in the original container in a cool, ventilated place. No special precautions are needed for handling and storage.

4.       Can melt and burn in fire.

5.       Molten material tends to flow and will propagate fire.

6.       Material when in its melt form can cause thermal burn on the skin.
