Zoho One Subscription Renewal

This guide explains how to renew your Zoho One subscription through the Admin Panel.

Who can perform renewal

  • Organization Owner
  • Super Admin

Renewal Modes

  • Subscription renews automatically on expiry date
  • Payment is auto-debited from saved method (Card / UPI)
  • In case of failure, system retries payment
  • Ensures uninterrupted access to all Zoho apps

B. Manual Renewal

  • No automatic charge
  • Renewal must be completed before expiry
  • Reminder appears in Admin Panel before due date
  • Gives full control to review and renew

Step-by-Step Renewal Process

Step 1: Login to Zoho One

Action:

  • Go to Zoho One Admin Panel
  • Login using Organization Owner / Super Admin credentials

Purpose:
Access subscription and billing controls


Step 2: Open Subscription Settings

Action:

  • Click on Profile (Top Right Corner)
  • Navigate to:
    • My Account
    • Subscription / Manage

Purpose:
Access subscription details and renewal options


Step 3: Review Plan Details

Check the following before proceeding:

  • Current plan
  • Number of users
  • Billing cycle
  • Add-ons (if any)
  • Next renewal date

Purpose:
Ensure all details are correct before renewal


Step 4: Click “Renew” or “Manage”

Action:

  • Click Renew (for manual renewal)
  • or click Manage to proceed with subscription update

Purpose:
Move to renewal and payment stage


Step 5: Verify Subscription Details

Action:

  • Review plan summary
  • Confirm billing cycle (Monthly / Annual)
  • Check final renewal amount

Purpose:
Final validation before payment


Step 6: Make Payment

Available Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • UPI

Action:

  • Select payment method
  • Enter payment details
  • Click Pay Now

Purpose:
Complete subscription renewal


Step 7: Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • “Payment Successful” message is displayed
  • Subscription is renewed instantly
  • Access to all Zoho apps continues without interruption
